IDX-100-E

IDX created this special JVC Power Package for the GY-HD100 and GY-HD101 camcorders. The special JVC mounting bracket incorporates a 14.8V to 7.2V regulator to power the 7.2V camcorder from IDX DC camcorder batteries. Furthermore the bracket has 12V DC output connection for lighting and the JVC Hard Disk Drive DR-HD100. An optional accessory mounting kit O-FS100 is used to secure and power the DR-HD100.

  • 7.2 V regulated DC supply with direct cable-free input to camcorder
  • The two Lithium-ion batteries are Endura E-7S, 71 Watt hour (14.8 V, 4.8 A/h)
  • Typical expected run-time of one battery is in excess of four hours
  • 14.8 V output via D-Tap connector for disk recorder DR-HD100 and lighting
  • Provides counter-balance on the shoulder, especially with heavier lens option

Mounting Kit: The optional O-FS100 mounting kit contents:
  • O-LWP add-on bracket (normally used to attach radio microphones)
  • Special thumb-screw for securing DR-HD100E
  • FS cable, for powering both DR-HD100E and lighting from DC tap
(ii) O-FS mounting kit is designed as an add-on to A-E2HD100 bracket.
